I have several tips that might help you with growing your hair:
-Drink water, yes water helped a lot with my growth. Keeping yourself and your hair hydrated is very important. Try to maintain a healthy diet filled with proteins!
-Biotin pills helps with the growth and strength of you hair, It also benefits your skin and nails! You can find them anywhere like a walmart, GNC, or Walgreen's.
-For shampoo and conditioner, You should try Sulfate-FREE shampoo & conditioner, L'Oreal has a line. But my favorite has to be the Organix line, which you can find anywhere. During my washing process, I shampoo two times, cleansing the hair. Then I condition my hair, leaving it on for at least 5 mins, putting nutrients back into my hair. Then wash it out with cool water. Then once a month, I deep condition my hair, leaving it on for at least 45 mins up to an hour. Then I wash it out with cool water. After, I just apply my oils or my Organix serum (quarter size amount, not a lot). with a wide tooth, I comb my hair down and let it air dry versus applying heat from the blow dryer.
-I get trims ever 2-3 months depending on my split ends.
-AVOID HEAT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
-Natural oils that have helped with the growth and strength of my hair is Extra Virgin Coconut oil and Olive oil. I apply this to my scalp and massage it in for at least 5 minutes. I do this every 1-2 days.
