Q. I'm looking for a product that will do some serious work on my hair. And in the positive direction. Mine is dry, even the scalp. I want something with good feedback and will do some serious helping. It's in this condition from being lightened up from black. But a year later and it still sucks. My havent-been-touched new hair coming in is healthy and fine. I just wish it'd grow so much quicker. But I'm looking for the real deal. aha. Something reviving. Have any of you found a product that works wonders?
Answer

virgin coconut oil! google its benefits on hair... it is amazing â¥
and since your hair is damaged make sure you also incorporate some protein like Joico k-pac into your routine.

What are some homemade conditioners for Black hair?
Cesaria Ba
I did my own hair this week and I didn't have any conditioner so I used honey and egg yolk. I cannot tell you how soft and bouncy it made my hair. So, now i'm wondering what other concoctions are out here for black hair texture.
Answer
1/4 cup of coconut oil ( found in natural food stores- sold in solid form)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp peppermint oil.
Combine ingredients, put on hair and cover with plastic cap. Wrap a warm, damp towel around the cap and leave for 30 minutes to one hour.
Do this before shampooing- your hair will feel so healthy.
Just google coconut oil and black hair- it has so many benefits I can't list em all.
