I have extremely sensitive skin to any acne control, to the point wear water is irritating. Would coconut oil help stop breakouts and moisturize?

Coconut oil cleared my pregnancy acne within 7 days. Leaving no marks whatsoever!
You have to adopt a healthy diet as well as applying the coconut oil to your face...Without one the other won't work.
Coconut oil has been proven to cure some forms of cancer...so in comparison acne is a breeze!!

It has nothing to do with pregnancy and very bad for your woman. It's great for cooking; but, not for sex. There was a choice between coconut oil and soy bean oil years ago. The us industry came up with "evidence" that tropical oils were dangerous and convinced the public that soy was better - it isn't! Coconut oil is much better for you than soy oils. Still, it's bad for sex.
If you want you woman to get pregnant, have sex about 5 - 12 days before her period. If you don't want to get her pregnant, don't have sex during that time.
