Dehydration and Sun Burnt?

Okay so about 2 weeks ago, My heart rate went up around 150-160 bpm for like 20 minutes..
than stayed around 120-130 bpm for a few hours while I was at the hospital.
I smoked some green before hand, I was badly sun burnt didn't eat or drink anything all day.. It was so hot that day also.. I was also dyeing my hair also. As I was washing my hair dye out..
thats when it happend. The doctors diagnosed me with dehydration apparently they found nothing wrong with my heart, and when my blood tests came back, I was a little high in the infection area or something.. Ever since it happend, my heart rate has been fine, accept I've been getting anxiety attacks.. I just want to know, any ones opinions, please don't try to freak me out to much due to I look into things way to much.... Is their anything I could do to stop my anxiety attacks...
I have gone two weeks without green now, also and been getting the worst sleeps, and stuff like that. I ended up with like 6 mouth ulcers within the week after it happend but its all gone now... Do you really think it was dehydration.. orr what? can dehydration even do that to you?

How to prevent Sunburn*: Expose Ur body and or the affected parts within 90 minutes from sunrise & within 60 minutes before sunset. During strong winds, no exposure please. Any extra exposure shall be @ Ur own peril.


Mouth/Tongue/Lip Ulcers*-infected gums.
1. OIL PULLING*:
Utility--- removes toxins from the body, more so from the mouth, tongue, lips, gums, teeth, stomach, cervix, uterus, lungs, heart, liver, intestines, ears, brain, etc., etc.
. However, U may use sun flower oil, ground nut oil or til oil, rice bran oil, mustard oil, etc.,
Procedure: Every morning, in an empty stomach, take 2 tsp of cooking oil. [saturated fatty acids and oils should not be used, like, Dalda/Vanaspati, coconut oil or ghee] and put it in Ur mouth and rinse it for 10 minutes; until it becomes white liquid. Spit it out and then rinse with luke warm water and then brush Ur teeth.
2. Paint Ur tongue, gums, palate, etc., with glycerine-the best oral antiseptic, before sleep every night.
3. Riboflavin tablet ---1 daily.
U shall be fine in a few days.

ive been going to the gym for a month in a half i do the eliptical for like 30-45 min than i lift 30 pounds with my arm then 30 pound leg crunches allot of sit ups in the morning i eat 2 corn tortila bread with sugar free jelly than lunch rice and chicken than apple than rice and chicken again than a orange than cereal than fruits again well i eat fruit and milk with corn starch ( have a liver condition have too with corn starch)right before i go to bed and i am 131 5'5 one day im 128 then the next day im 131 again lol why am i not loosing ive worked out the whole summer too and lost nothing but i an more toned in my legs but i really want the stomache and please no acaii berry stuff or colon cleanser thanks lol btw i wanna be 120
