I've tried it once with each or both twice a week somewhat see a change in my hair.! Watched YouTube vids about this & growing out hair since I misssss my longggg hairrrr soooo baddd... My hair is dry it's very frizzy damged curly a little or wavy. I really tho coconut oil was amazing for hair is it??? What does it do too hair

Yes I love coconut oil for my hair. mine is straight and im white if that's any help lol anyway it does Wonders! I have used refined coconut oil which isn't organic but it Still works Amazing, I would go with refined coconut oil if u cant find organic near you. I do a hot oil treatment every once in a while or whenever I have coconut oil available. I just warm it up (naturally letting it get into liquid form is best) then I use a foundation brush or even my fingers just scooping some oil into my pam and working it evenly onto my hair and scalp, then tieing my hair up in a bun and using a plastic bag to cover my head (the heat helps) and let it on for a couple hours. if im relaxing I leave it on for more than 8 hours but 1-2hours works just as well. BUT be sure to wash your hair with shampoo TWICE to get out all the oil in the shower, then follow up with conditioner (if u want, if u don't need to but I prefer using conditioner for extra moisture and softness) Just on the ends of my hair. finally air dry your hair or even blow dry then you'll have Silky soft shiny and very beautiful Moisturized hair! I use the same process with Extra virgin olive oil :) be sure to wash out the oil 2 times tho, if not you will be left with greasy hair. Have fun! and hey its a great deep conditioning treatment that will help your hair so much while leaving it looking and feeling beautiful.
BTW for hair growth if that's your main question, then I take folic acid vitamins 2 a day for months or until im happy with the length of my hair. I have used it for months and feel like it does speed up hair growth, Not anything major but I can tell the difference. Also try scalp massages while the oil is on your scalp and hair that will give you results too :)
