JC

I'm 18 yrs old and right now i'm taking minoxidil 5% topical solution.. i took up 3 and 1/2 months for now.. i discovered that some of my hair is standing up.. do u think that is the improvement?? but it is still thin.. so now.. i think minoxidil is not enough to use to restore my hair loss.. starting today, aside for minoxidil.. i will drink soya milk to lessen the dht and aloevera juice.. i'm also taking up stresstabs(vit b with iron), and now do you think 100% virgin coconut oil can also help to restore my hairloss if i take 3 tbsp a day?? plss give me some tips/suggestion.. i'm not drinker and smoker.. i think the cause is gel because past few yrs, i used to put gels then overnight.. i will release it only if i take a bath then put gels again.. it takes 5yrs on this process.. so after that.. i stop putting gels and started to use minoxidil.. so what will i do now?? plss help me.. i don't want to suffer on this prob.. i'm too young to experience this prob.. tnx for understanding me.

dear concerned,
my brother had went throught the same phase as well, exept it wasn't from gels- far worst- from a barber. He lost his hair by patches he even lost his eye brows, we tried evryrhing from specialist to voodoo, but we were very surprised to see results from gramas recepe, she shaved my brothers hair completly and just rubed red onions until the scalp turned red, then she rubbed it with small spicy dried chilli pepper, I swear to god hair just grew wildly within 3 weeks, you might not believe me but I know what ur going through... But if u are a girl shaving your head is the last thing you'd want to hear, first go the source, you need to maintain very good hygen, wash all of your brushes, throw all of your store bought shampoo, buy only natural shampoos from natural organic markets they are as cheap as the store bought perhaps choose a champoo with a stimulant ingridiant such as hemp, jojoba, sweet almond, cinamon, lavender and most importantly coconut or NETTLE or SAW POLMETTO, if your hair is oily wash it regularly, if its dry only once a week if you Dont have any chemichally altered products, massage ur scalp regularly it stumilates blood flow therefor it increase growth, most importantly include vitamins with plenty of Biotin, well balanced die that includes a lots of protein, fruits, nuts and leafy vegetebals oh and drink plenty of water, from time to time try to massage ur scalp using extra virgin olive oil+ cinamon+ coconut oil luke warm stimulates cerculation and growth. Don't worry just cut down on chemical products, and following a regiment should bring your hair back in no time, its just a phase that most of us just go through... Oh and you google it, you'll see tons of recepes.
very best of luck!

coconut oil and apple cider vinegar internally?

hustleroze

I started ingesting both coconut oil (3x tablespoons a day at first, then noticed my face was getting awfully greasy so went down to 2x tablespoons a day). I also ingest Apple Cider Vinegar (3x a day; 2 tbsp in 8oz. water), but anyway, I have noticed my acne isn't getting any better even though I take the ACV daily, and I've lowered the amount of coconut oil I take. It's not bad at all, a few flare ups here and there.. but I want it gone. Should I lower the amount of Coconut oil I'm taking, or just stop taking it internally?
i'm just taking them for the health benefits, including the keratosis pilaris on my thighs (which it's helped dramatically).
yeah, i'm taking the organic, unrefined kind.

Answer
I take coconut oil, flax oil, fish oil, and eat lots of raw butter, and my face is acne free!
Coconut oil can not cause acne.
"This simple answer to the question "does coconut oil cause acne" is "No"."

What you need to do is Apply the coconut oil topically.
You can also try Honey[kills bacteria, some honey can even kill MRSA!] or Tea Tree Oil.

Acne is often cause by diet,..
Add Acidopholus, Fish Oil/ Omega 3's, Lots of water
Cut out sugar

Be careful of that much Apple Cider Vinegar it is very acidic and over time can your acidity level go up.
You may want to look into taking baking soda with it to counter the vinegar.
And make sure you are using a good brand like Braggs. Cheap grocery store brands are much more acidic than the good stuff.
