Answer
I use coconut oil daily.I try to consume atleast 3 1/2 tablespoons a day. For me, if I can get a little more in my system the better. I eat the oil and the coconut milk. I ingest it in my diet and I use it on my skin. Firstly, I must say that upon ingesting it for my metabolism also helped to improve my skin. I no longer have the scaly, flaky patches that I have had for several years. I used moisturizers to smooth the skin but nothing "cured" the patches until I began adding the oil to my diet. I now use nothing but the expeller pressed organic oil for my skin. The rough skin on my feet are now like velvet. The dermititis has also cleared. I have lost an additional 5 lbs since April. Next week I will have some blood work done to see how my insides are working. I have the feeling that my fibroid cysts are shrinking and my cholesterol ratios will be properly balanced. Here is a good website to visit.

Answer
1. Coconut oil does wonders for your hair. It reduces protein loss in the hair, and restores it's luster and protects from damage. It's like a natural deep conditioner.
2. What I do is I melt a couple tablespoons of the oil (I have long hair), apply it everywhere generously, then put it in a bun and sleep with it in my hair over night. In the morning I shampoo it out and my hair feels amazing. I do this once a week. You can also leave it in for just a few hours and then wash it out.
3. Once a week as a deep conditioning treatment, but everyday you can apply a VERY small amount to just the ends of your hair to keep them soft.
4. Coconut oil melts at about 76 degrees Fahrenheit, but at room temperature it remains solid. So if it is 76 degrees or warmer in your home it will stay melted. This is ok, but it might be best to keep it in your fridge.
5. The best kind to get is any brand that's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil.
6. For a deep conditioning treatment, yes. For using it as a way t protect from heat, keep it shiny and soft, no. Only put it on the ends of your hair. If you put it anywhere near your roots you will look greasy, trust me.
7. Yes
8. If you wish
9. Air drying is better, but blow drying it won't kill it.
10. No problem. Good luck <3 It's also really good for your skin!
