Extra virgin coconut oil is a miracle worker and can quickly and permanently rid face of acne, all pimples, black and white heads, reduce large pores and give you a totally smooth, glowing and younger looking skin (See testimonials from users on ANSWERS below ##) NOTE: Non extra virgin coconut oils have been extracted by chemical means and so will be contaminated by the chemicals.
For best and fastest results do quite thorough and vigorous massage Extra virgin is noncomedogenic, so does not clog or enlarge pores, cause breakouts nor make skin oily..
So as not to pull/stretch skin, first tighten by opening mouth 3/4" and pull lips firmly back against teeth. Do a forward and back massage – not circular – using tips and front of fingers and sometimes palms – depending where on face you apply. Does VCO really help speed up the metabolism and help in weight loss.????. I have been using it as a moisteriser on my body for a while now and my skin is much smoother but havent really tried it orally....

there is actually a book that i have that is written about coconut oil. the coconut oil miracle use nature's elixir to: lose weight, prevent heart disease, cancer and diabetes, strenghten the immune system, beautify skin and hair. Written by Bruce Fife, c.n., n.d. I have my doubts about how concrete their information is. I know a lot of people that believe the texts scientific data. Ultimately, it's what you think. I do like one of their recipes, hashbrowns cooked in coconut oil. It tastes great, I have it as a treat once in a blue moon. Hope the information helped
