What are some good natural oils to use and what do they do?

GRADMU08

Example: I know tea tree oil is good for many things such as healing cuts and acne.

What other types of oils do amazing things?
Natural oils for acne.
I would also like to use something natural for a moisturizer for the face and arms (dry patches on arms).
:-)

Answer
Hi Sweetie, this is one of my favourite subjects!!

Wild Meditteranean Oil of Oregano is AMAZING!! It is a natural anti-biotic and can be used to treat any type of infection; bacterial, viral, fungal, parasitic, colds and flu, acne, rosacea, UTI, Candida, oh and almost anything, i guess!! It is blended with Olive Oil so can also be used on the skin without drying it out. Watch out for the pungent flavour and it stings (in a refreshingly therapeutic way) but well worth it!
I give Oil of Oregano 11 out of 10 wow!! But it must be from the meditteranean and high in Carvacrol, over 80% to be so effective as this is the component that makes it powerful as an antibiotic.

Coconut Oil is great for the skin as a moisturiser and has been known to work well for Candida and increasing energy levels. It is so light and also helps protect skin from the sun (but still use a sun factor). I have known coconut oil to help with acne. Lauric acid contained in Coconut Oil kills the bacteria in spots and also leaves the skin smooth.

Frankincense Essential Oil is good for dry skin. Add a couple of drops of this to your moisturiser.

Cedarwood Essential Oil is good for the hair and scalp and also good for oily skin and acne, but take care not to overuse it as it can irritate skin.

Of course, Lavender Oil is great for nearly everything!!

I could go on and on, but the abovementioned oils are my top favourites at the minute !!!

Blessings x

Coconut/almond/olive oil, aloe vera, tea tree oil, shea butter, apricot kernel, evening primrose, jojoba?

Q. Basically there are so many choices for different oils/products for my skin and i have no idea how i know which is the best. Loads of people are swearing by each product and i can't make a decision.

I get a red face even when at rest/when not in an awkward situation (could be rosacea but never been to the doctor to find out)
Very sensitive
Occasional bit of acne
I got dry to normal skin. Gets a bit worse in cold, arid weather

I just randomly took a photo of myself to show you my skin. I know it is a terrible photo lol

I think one of these is the best but I don't know which is best for me and my skin:
Coconut/almond/olive oil, aloe vera, tea tree oil, shea butter, apricot kernel, evening primrose, jojoba
