I looked up the health benefits of ghee it was a few but the coconut oil oh yeah! its a lot! :)

I live in oregon and I have state medical insurance.?

I just was discharged from a partial hospital program after 3 months and I'm wondering if there are any residential centers that are paid for by state insurance. Even if you don't live here, are there any in your state that accept state insurance?
I just need some hope. I was upset and overwhelmed on Friday when I "graduated" from the program because I am still on weight restoration and that it where the problem lies, I don't want to eat. I eat, I just severely restrict my calorie intake.

you can eat just make sure its..

1. Organic
2. Whole wheat
3. Coconut oil is safe up to 350 avoid all veggie oils..
4. Lots of B-17 found in seeds has anti-cancer properties.. (just like organic coconut oil)
5. Don't eat gmo food!

the coconut oil can speed up metabolic rate and you can lose weight on it

I lost a few pounds on it :)
