Coconut Oil for Skin?

Peace Love

So I have oily skin, but I'm very flakey in the witner which is now :( whenever I put my foundation on, it looks a hot mess because of the flakes! Ive tried several moisturizers and masks and the only one that has worked is my skinfood kiwi yogurt mask, but I don't have time to do it 3 times a week because it is time consuming. I heard about coconut oil helping with the flakiness. Is it okay to use on oily skin? How often do I use it? Thanks!

Answer
Coconut Oil is AMAZING for skin, even for oily skin! The best thing is it will not clog your pores. It looks and feels like it does but it WILL NOT! As long as it is an all natural extra virgin cocnut oil it will do amazing it just has to seep into your skin for about 5 min. with make-up or no makeup. its amazing try it! and ther e is also many more uses for cocnut oil! ~http://www.deliciousobsessions.com/2012/05/122-uses-for-coconut-oil-even-more-of-the-simple-the-strange-and-the-downright-odd/

Answer
coconut oil is probably my fave oil. it's great for moisture especially if you leave i in your hair before and after you wash your hair. the thing is, it's not going to turn you hair into healthy hair. it's a good treatment though. try mask the rejuvenate your hair. masks high in protien.
good luck
