Has any one done it? Do you still do it? What is your hair type? Cons pros? I have puffy big curls if you know what I mean but I have a lot of hair so it gets BIG. I'm trying to take care of my hair... I want my natural back... I just haven't been taking care of it lately. So now it just doesn't look the same. Any other treatments advice will be appreciated Thanx.
Also my hair type... Well im Mexican.. But I don't have your typical Mexican hair. It's curly big and a lot !! You know the type that breaks rubber bands...lol but I imbrace my big curly hair...I would just like it to be healthier! Thanx again!

I do the hot oil treatment once or twice every week. This helps your hair restore its natural moisture and also keep it smooth and shiny. What you do is, take some coconut oil and heat it up in a microwave (30 seconds should do it or just until warm). Then, massage it into your hair and leave it there for 20-30 minutes. Then, shampoo and conditioner as normal however i do recommend using an organic shampoo and conditioner as this will protect your hair much more.

How does the coconut oil treatment before bleaching work ?
Elena
I know I'm supposed to do it for three days ... But do I wash it off or do I keep it in my hair for three days ? Do I have to wash my hair that has the coconut oil before bleaching or do I bleach my hair with the coconut oil ?
Answer
If you have applied coconut oil then You should not watch your hair before bleaching. Apply the dye on the oily hair, this will give you better dye uptake after using the coconut oil method. This will nourish your hair and also protect them from damage.
