Has anyone used it because i would like to know what it does for your hair. Also can I find it at a local hair shop. Are there any other oils that can be used to help stimulate the growth of hair? Thanks

I have very long straight hair. I use biotin 5000 mg, coconut oil & Aveeno's new shampoo & conditioner. I leave the coconut oil in overnight then wash out in the morning. If that does not work for then leave in for ONE hour then wash it out. Do this at least once a week. I do it twice sometimes if I have a time three times. I have been using Aveen for the last month & a half & just love it. If you use the conditioner do not use the oil the same night or that morning for it will weigh your hair down. I did use jojoba oil but found that coconut works better. You can find it at the Vitamin Shoppe. If you do not have one in your city you can go to there website. It's $10 for a 4 oz bottle. I will send you the website. If you don't want to use the coconut oil you can use grapeseed oil which you can also find at Vitamin Shoppe. This work better than jojoba as well. If you use the grapeseed or jojoba I added a little in my conditioner or the shampoo & allowed it to sit for a few mins. I most often used it in the shampoo. I hope this helps. I was going to wal mart and that worked for a while.. but now they stopped selling it? I went there and there was none, and the lady said she hadn't seen it for a while. I was thinking about checking at another wal mart or GNC??
