It does not cure anything, but it tastes really good. ( I eat it by the spoonfull out of the jar)
You can eat 3T per day, less cholesterol than butter,use it in baking,also it's good for high heat cooking.

Year ago I was think where to get it. I decided to order it online. eBay was good choice, but I choose Amazon because of cheap price.
If you go organic, you're not going to lose much if anything from brand to brand. My only suggestion is to utilize another organic oil in conjunction with the coconut oil for better results when it comes to skin and hair care. My oil of choice is almond- .
